
The Corning Community College women's soccer team traveled to Auburn Sunday afternoon to face MSAC foe and Region III opponent Cayuga Community College. Corning had its offense in high-gear as they scored 7 first-half goals and 6 second-half goals. Emily Smith scored 3 goals and had 2 assists, Victoria Finn scored 3 goals, Brooke Levesque scored 2 goals and had an assist, Haley Ford scored 2 goals, Tynisha Barron scored a goal and had an assist, Torrie Reisman scored a goal and Carleigh Wallace scored a goal and served a program single-game record 4 assists. Morgan Price earned the shut-out with 2 saves.
Corning travels to Watertown CC to face Jefferson CC on Monday, October 9, 2017. A Red Baron win would clinch the MSAC Conference Championship for the first time in school history for the women's soccer program.
