Coach Isaac Bushey enter his second season as the Women's Basketball Head Coach after 8 seasons coaching the men's basketball team, Bushey is the second all-time winningest coach in the Men's programs history recording 132 victories.

In 9 seasons with the Red Barons, Bushey has been named MSAC Coach of the Year twice and Region III Coach of the Year once. His teams have compiled an overall record of 138-91, including one MSAC Conference Championship and the program has earned a Region III playoff berth in 9 of his 10 seasons as a Head Coach, advancing to the Region III Final Four four times. His rosters have included 21 All-Conference selections, ten All-Region selections, two MSAC Players of the Year, and one NJCAA All-American.

He played two years of basketball at SUNY Canton and SUNY Jefferson before moving on to Hilbert College where he served as a team captain and led the Hawks to a Conference Championship in 2013. He was a recipient of the Coaches Award both at SUNY Jefferson and at Hilbert College. Bushey is a 2008 graduate of Lowville Academy. He obtained a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Canisius College in 2017 and currently serves the SUNY CCC campus community as the Director of Athletics.
