On Friday September 29th, Corning hosted Jefferson Community College for a conference match. Up at the net, middle blocker Tae Dukes put up 6 kills, 1 solo block, and 1 block assist. Hannah Robbins contributed 4 kills and 1 solo block, and Riley Sargent rounded
out the offense with 4 kills and 3 aces. Macey Page posted 7 assists and a 1 block assist. On defense, Cady Hill and Rai Fuller tied with 11 digs each. The Red Barons continued to pick up
energy as the match carried on but were not able to overcome Jefferson.

Over the weekend the Red Barons traveled to Hudson Valley, to play the host school and Adirondack Community College. Tae Dukes had 4 kills against Hudson Valley and Rai Fuller followed with 3 kills and 16 digs. In match two against Adirondack, Tae led with 5 kills, followed by Riley Sargent with 4 kills, 4 assists, and 2 block assists. Cady Hill contributed 2 aces and 19 digs. Rai also boosted the defense with 18 digs. Macey Page posted 10 digs as well as 9 assists and 2 kills. Finally, Hannah Robbins held at the net with 1 solo block and 2 block assists. Corning will play Onondaga Community College on Tuesday, October 3rd, for their last home match of the season. From there the Red Barons will travel back to Broome for a pod on
Saturday October 7th, against Erie and Niagara.
