The Red Baron's Women's Basketball team defeated D2 opponent Erie CC 46-43 at Wayne Kenner Court on Wednesday, November 1st 2023.

Corning started the game offensively with an 8-2 run in the first 4 minutes and finished the first quarter with a 17-7 lead. The second quarter proved challenging for the Red Baron offensively as they netted only 4 points but held onto a HT lead 21-18. The Red Barons came out strong in the second half, they were able to put Erie away in the 4th quarter with a 7 point run (Bionca Conklin lay-up, Alaejah Wallace 2 point field goal, and another Wallace 3 pointer.) on 3 consecutive possessions winning by a score of 46-43.

Cherish Maglio led the Red Barons with 13 points and 7 assists, Alaejah Wallace scored 12 points with 3 three pointers, and Tae Dukes hauled in 17 rebounds.
