Coach Falkowski joins the Red Barons staff after being a staple in the Twin Tiers softball community.  Most recently, Falkowski served as the head softball coach of the highly successful Horseheads HS program.  Falkowski has coached travel softball in various organizations for over 25 years inlcuding stints with the Conklin Raiders and Team New Jersey.  He has been focussing primarily on the pitchers and catchers but also has a vast knowledge of hitting.
