Corning CC kept up their winning ways by taking a double header from Montgomery College (MD) on 4/2/18 by the score of 9-0 and 13-2.
Rhilea Chabot pitched 6 innings giving up 5 hits while striking out 6 batters on her way to a win in the circle by a score of 9-0. Sam Hauck and Laura Tryon each had a HR and contibuted 3 RBI's a piece, Tryon and Danielle Dille both had 3 hits, Leigha Jones and Rachael Bonning had 2 hits a piece in the victory.
Skylar Rechner pitched a complete game 6-hitter with 6 strikeouts in a 13-2 winning effort. Danielle Dille and Sam Hauck accounted for 7 RBI's on the day. Cierra Sprague went 3-3 and Dille gathered 2 hits for the Red Barons which helped them complete the sweep.
