SUNY Corning Community College hosted the Mid-State Athletic Conference Cross-Country Championship on Saturday, October 15th 2022 and finished as the Men's Team Runner-ups behind SUNY Broome. The Red Barons competed at the Y at Watson Woods located in Painted Post, NY and made the most of their opportunity to compete at their home course in the 8 km race.

The combination of Hayden Allington (3rd Place) Chase Ripley (9th Place) Joshua Goodwin (10th Place) Dakota Pierce (12th Place) and Samuel Thorsland (15th Place) all scored for the Red Barons and helped lead them to their runner-up finish.

Hayden Allington was named to the Men's Cross-Country Mid-State Athletic All Conference team for his performance and placement in the race.

The Red Barons head to Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, October 22nd to compete in the NJCAA Region III Cross-Country Championship meet.
