The Red Barons Men's Basketball team was awarded the five seed in the NJCAA Region III Tournament. SUNY CCC started the season 3-7, however, since that point the team has gone 13-2 for an overall record of 16-9 (15-6 Region III record) to lock up fifth seed.

Sam Kelly has led the way in scoring with 14 ppg while Nick Craig  controlled the boards with 8.7 reb/game and is second in NJCAA Region III 6.5 assists per game. The Red Barons have received significant contributions from freshman Andre Starks 9.2 ppg, Keith Harris 7.4 ppg, and Gavin Stein 6.0 ppg while sophomore transfer Malik White continues to stretch the floor for the Red Barons with 71 made triples and is the third leading scorer at 9.8 ppg.

With the Regional tournament expanding to twelve teams, the Red Barons will host SUNY Broome on Saturday, February 22nd where the winner will play at Hudson Valley CC on Tuesday February 25th.
