Red Barons Manager Karam Resigns

SUNY CCC alumni Chris Karam has resigned from his coaching duties after a two year stint with the Red Barons, Chris came to Red Barons from Elmira College where he served as their pitching coach. Coach Karam had his first season cut short due to COVID-19 and lead his team to a 6-19 overall record in year two, he coached two Mid-state Athletic Conference team members, Sammy Polanco and Zack Wood this past season. 

 

"We wish Coach Karam and his family the best as they transition to life without baseball for the first time in a number of years. We appreciate all of Chris' hard work and his attention to detail while taking over the program and we appreciate everything he has done for the Red Barons." said Isaac Bushey, Director of Athletics in a statement in regards to the resignation.
