The SUNY Corning Red Barons defeated Jamestown CC in Game 2 of their Wednesday doubleheader by a score of 8-6. The Red Barons were trailing 4-0 midway through the game before their bats came alive, the team scored 6 in the 5th inning and added two more runs in the bottom of the 6th before closing the door in the top of the 7th on the Jayhawks. Tanner Kizis picked up his first college win on the mound as he was excellent in relief work before Zack Wood came in in the top of the 7th to earn a save.
